Housing Family Promise A broad coalition of churches in this community has joined together to give homeless families a way to live together as they transition between homes and jobs.  Family promise is the only option for homeless men, women, and children to remain as a family.  Congregations rotate housing families in church buildings and the Family Promise Coordinator works with them to find jobs and suitable, long-term housing.   129 S.
